He has a proven track record of building scalable platforms, accelerating growth, and delivering high-impact digital solutions for global clients. Known for combining strategic vision with execution excellence, he enables organizations to unlock value through cloud, AI, and next-generation technologies.
Anirban Basak joins us as a member on the Advisory Board and will drive growth for Acumen Bay as the Chief Commercial & Growth Officer. Anirban is a seasoned C-suite Executive, outcomes-driven growth Leader and collaborator with 28 years of leadership in global sourcing spanning P&L ownership, PMO leadership, AI-led digital transformation, GCC/GBS execution, ESG advisory, and risk management excellence across global operations. He has built and scaled greenfield and new businesses multiple times for GCCs, GBS and industry-specific platform operations. He has transitioned 300+ business programs, growing revenue by +40% y-o-y and led a P&L of $150M. Anirban has led teams of 3,000 professionals across 10 countries/sites in APAC, UKI, EMEA and Americas. His career spans senior leadership mandates at Accenture, Enel X, WNS, Computershare, Quantanite and other leading organizations while delivering impact outcomes across industry towers such as BFSI, Technology, Energy, Healthcare and Pharma, Internet Media, Transportation, EdTech, AdTech, CX and Shared Services / GCC / GBS. Anirban completed his M.Tech. education from IIT Roorkee, and holds multiple certifications in Senior Management MBA, ESG and Digital Business Leadership programs from IIM Calcutta, Cornell University and Grant Thornton / National Stock Exchange.
